KEVIN CRYER WHITEHEAD FROM WHITEHEAD SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES IN AYLESBURY
In a case that has shocked the local community, Kevin Cryer Whitehead, a 58-year-old former territorial army officer from Milton Keynes, was convicted of serious sexual offences against two very young girls. The incidents, which spanned over four years, involved the abuse of two girls aged just five and two at the time the offences began. The court proceedings took place at Aylesbury Crown Court, where Cryer Whitehead was found guilty of five counts of indecent assault on a female under the age of 13.According to court reports, the abuse started when the girls were only two and five years old, and continued for a period of four years, causing significant concern and distress within the community. The court heard detailed accounts of the abuse, which Cryer Whitehead committed against the vulnerable children, highlighting the severity and prolonged nature of his actions.
Following the conviction, Cryer Whitehead was sentenced to a total of nine years in prison. However, because the sentences for the individual counts were ordered to run concurrently, the actual time he would serve is calculated at approximately 22 months. Despite the relatively short imprisonment, the court imposed strict conditions on his future conduct.
He was ordered to sign the sex offenders register for a period of ten years, a measure intended to monitor and restrict his activities post-release. Additionally, Cryer Whitehead was mandated to adhere to a sexual offences prevention order for ten years, which includes restrictions on his contact with minors and other conditions aimed at preventing any further offences.
Since his release, Cryer Whitehead has been relocated to Bletchley in Milton Keynes, where he now resides just 400 meters from St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Primary School. This move has raised concerns among local residents and authorities, who remain vigilant about his presence in the community and the potential risks involved.
