A man who tickled a seven-year-old girl’s feet, causing minor injuries, has been placed on the sex offenders register. Kevin Burt, 27, from Tillicoultry, was convicted of sexual assault after the girl reported that he pushed her over and forcefully tickled her feet. Burt, who has admitted to having a foot fetish, initially denied the allegations but later accepted his behavior. Sentencing has been postponed to allow for reports, with the court emphasizing the seriousness of the offences.
