KESLEY TUCK'S SHOCKING CRIMES IN EASTLEAZE: SEX OFFENDER AND VIOLENT OFFENDER'S REIGN OF TERROR

In a series of disturbing incidents in Eastleaze, Kesley Tuck, aged 19, has been at the center of serious criminal allegations and convictions that have shocked the local community and law enforcement alike.

Back in February 2016, Tuck appeared before Swindon Crown Court, where he faced charges related to his sexual misconduct involving a young girl. Initially, he had pleaded not guilty to three counts of engaging in sexual activity with a minor aged 13. However, on the very first day of the trial, before a jury could be sworn in, Tuck unexpectedly changed his plea to guilty. He admitted to having sexual relations with the girl on three separate occasions over a weekend in September 2014, a revelation that has profound implications for his future and the safety of minors in the area.

Judge Peter Blair QC ordered that Tuck be remanded in custody until the case's next hearing, scheduled for March 7. The court also decided that a pre-sentence report would be prepared to determine the appropriate punishment, and Tuck was detained in custody during this period. The court's decision underscores the severity of the crimes and the need for appropriate judicial response, including the potential requirement for Tuck to register as a sex offender for an extended period, depending on the sentence handed down.

Earlier, in December 2014, Tuck's violent tendencies and threatening behavior had already brought him into the criminal justice system. At that time, he was sentenced to 40 weeks in prison after threatening a police officer with a large kitchen knife. The incident occurred during a police search for a missing schoolgirl, who was later found hiding under a duvet in Tuck's bedroom. The police had visited his flat on September 21, 2014, and during the visit, Tuck's behavior escalated rapidly.

According to prosecutor Chris Smyth, officers had asked Tuck whether the missing girl was present at his residence. Tuck denied her presence, but the officers found her hiding in bed under the duvet. As the police attempted to escort her back to her home, Tuck became extremely aggressive and verbally abusive. He shouted and swore at PC Leigh Vowles, threatening violence by saying, “Who do you think you are coming in my house? I should punch you in the face.” Despite being warned that any further threats could lead to his arrest for assaulting an officer, Tuck continued his tirade.

He then launched into more abuse, and when the officers left with the girl, he confronted them face-to-face, pushing his face into PC Vowles's and threatening to kill him. Tuck declared, “That’s it, I’ll get that baseball bat and see how hard you are,” before retreating into his flat. Moments later, as police officers were preparing to leave, Tuck re-emerged, shouting threats such as “I’ll cut your head off. I’m going to kill you,” while waving a nine-inch kitchen knife.

Armed officers responded swiftly, arresting Tuck and warning him that he would face serious consequences if he attempted to use the weapon. Despite being released on bail, Tuck's criminal behavior did not cease. Over the following weeks, he engaged in a spree of petty crimes, including shoplifting, breaching his Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO), and possessing offensive weapons.

On October 8, 2014, CCTV footage captured Tuck stealing two pork pies and a drink from Wilkinson. The day before, he had committed similar thefts. His violations of the ASBO, which prohibited shouting, swearing, or acting in a manner likely to cause harassment or distress, continued into late October. On October 25, he was caught breaching the order again by being abusive to a librarian in Regent Circus and refusing to leave after loudly bouncing a ball inside the building.

The final recorded offense occurred on November 6, when police responded to a disturbance outside Lloyds Bank in the town center. They found Tuck in possession of a five-inch screwdriver. When questioned, he claimed he was carrying the tool for self-defense after someone he knew threatened to “shank” him. Tuck was subsequently charged with possessing a bladed article, threatening behavior, thefts, multiple breaches of his ASBO, and possession of an offensive weapon.

Throughout his criminal history, Tuck had been subjected to various community orders starting from March 2013, but he had failed to comply with many of these directives. His defense lawyer, Ton Bignall, highlighted Tuck’s troubled background, noting that he had experienced a difficult childhood, with numerous care placements and feelings of abandonment by his parents.

Judge Peter Blair QC, in sentencing Tuck, emphasized the gravity of his actions, especially the assault on the police officer. He stated, “You have come to the end of the road so far as courts giving you non-custodial sentences. You are going to be going to a young offenders’ institute this afternoon. The total sentence I am going to pass on you is 40 weeks.” The judge also warned Tuck that he must change his behavior and take responsibility for his actions if he hopes to reintegrate into society successfully.

In conclusion, the case of Kesley Tuck in Eastleaze highlights a troubling pattern of violent and antisocial behavior, culminating in serious charges that will likely result in a significant custodial sentence. His actions have left a lasting impact on the community and serve as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilant law enforcement and social intervention.
