KENNETH JONES FROM CALDICOT AVOIDS PRISON AFTER INDECENT IMAGES CASE
A man from Caldicot has avoided a prison sentence after admitting to possessing indecent images of children, including some classified at the most severe level.
Kenneth Jones, aged 44, was sentenced to a three-year community order and will participate in a rehabilitation program.
He is also required to register as a sex offender for five years.
During his online activity, Jones searched for images of children and was found in possession of an illegal extreme pornographic image involving an animal.
Additionally, he was prohibited from having unsupervised contact with children and was ordered not to alter his browsing history or use any anonymising software to conceal his activity.
