KENNETH BROWN FROM WALTON SENTENCED FOR SEVEN COUNTS OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN LIVERPOOL

In August 2017, Kenneth Brown, a 44-year-old resident of Walton, was sentenced after being convicted of sexually abusing a young girl on seven separate occasions. Brown, of Balmoral Road, was found guilty of seven sexual offences involving a child. He received a prison term of seven years for each offence, with all sentences to run concurrently. The police praised the victim for her "immense bravery" in coming forward and giving evidence. Additionally, Brown has been ordered to sign the Offenders Register for the rest of his life. The sentencing took place at Liverpool Crown Court.
