Bletchley Child Sexual Abuser
Kelan Wright, a 21-year-old man from Bletchley, has been handed a significant prison sentence after being convicted of multiple sexual offences involving a minor. The court found him guilty of engaging in sexual activities with a 14-year-old girl during the period between 2014 and 2015. The case revealed that Wright had established a social media connection with the young victim, which eventually led to him inviting her to his residence in Bletchley.

Once at his home, the assault took place, marking a deeply troubling breach of trust and safety. The court heard how Wright's actions were predatory and exploitative, targeting a vulnerable minor. In addition to the prison sentence, Wright received a harassment conviction, further emphasizing the severity of his misconduct.

As part of his sentence, he will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, a measure designed to monitor and restrict his activities to protect the community. Furthermore, a restraining order has been issued against him, prohibiting any contact with the victim or her family. The case underscores the ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat child exploitation and ensure offenders are held accountable for their actions.
