A TWISTED wife who allowed her husband to keep a disabled woman as sex slave has been revealed for the first time since restrictions were lifted.
Caroline Baker and her husband Keith Baker, imprisoned a mentally disabled woman in a tiny room and “rewarded” her with Quality Street chocolates for having depraved sex with him and others.

Mrs Baker was sentenced to three years in jail this week.
Her husband, Keith Baker, was given a 15-year jail sentence.
Mr Baker met his victim in Britain persuaded her to come to Northern Ireland.
Her husband reported her missing in 2004 after she vanished without a trace.
Over nearly a decade of captivity he filmed dozens of unknown men raping her at the sex den prison then “paid” her with boxes of chocolates and sweets if she had been “good”.
The woman, who has not been named, was so badly emaciated when she was found most of her teeth had to be removed.
She had a distended abdomen and was unknown to authorities, as she did not appear on the electoral register, as not with a GP or dentist and had never claimed benefits.
Neighbours did not even know the woman was at the house – which was shared with Mrs Baker, eight children and another partner – who eventually raised the alarm.
The couple removed the handle from the inside of the sex slave’s door to prevent her from leaving the tiny room Judge Patrick Lynch QC said: “Mr Baker presented as a Svengali figure, exercising control on three women based on his dominance, willingness to resort to violence and total immorality.” The woman, who has not been named, was so badly emaciated when she was found most of her teeth had to be removed.

He kept her in a small, dark room with no light bulb, carpets, or curtains, and filmed many of the assaults for his own sexual gratification.
The victim was kept as a sex slave for approximately eight years, during which she was severely emaciated, with most of her teeth removed, and a distended abdomen.
She was found by authorities in 2012, after her disappearance was reported in 2004 by her husband.
Baker admitted to multiple crimes including sexual activity involving penetration, causing a person with a mental disorder to engage in sexual activity, rape, and indecent assault.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
His wife, Caroline Baker, 54, was also found complicit, having been imprisoned and filming herself and her husband sexually assaulting the victim.
She was sentenced to three years, with half to be served in the community.
The couple was convicted of aiding and abetting rape and other sexual offences.
Keith Baker, originally from Guernsey and predominantly living in Kent, met the victim in Britain and convinced her to come to Northern Ireland.
Over nearly a decade, they held her captive, and Baker also filmed numerous men raping her.
The couple’s actions devastated the victim’s life, and the judge described Mr.
Baker as a Svengali figure, exerting control through violence and immorality.
Detectives labeled her basic human rights as stolen by these individuals, and the case highlights the severity of their crimes.
