BRADLEY STOKE MAN JOHN PICK CAUGHT WITH OVER 40,000 CHILD ABUSE IMAGES AND VIDEOS
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Bradley Stoke, authorities uncovered a man in possession of an alarming collection of child abuse material.John Pick, aged 42 and residing on Dewfalls Drive in Bradley Stoke, was found to possess more than 40,000 indecent images of children, a revelation that has sent ripples through the local area and beyond.
According to court records, Pick pleaded guilty to three separate charges related to the creation and possession of these illicit images.
The offenses spanned a period from May 2013 to May 2015, during which he amassed a vast and disturbing collection of child exploitation material.
The court heard that some of the young girls depicted in the images were as young as four years old, highlighting the severity and depravity of the content involved.
His Honour Judge Peter Blair QC, the Recorder of Bristol, sentenced Pick to seven months in prison on May 29.
During the sentencing, the judge emphasized the fact that Pick had admitted to making indecent images from the outset of the investigation.
