A man aged 58, identified as John Olver and residing in Saltash, has been found guilty of committing a series of indecent acts involving a schoolgirl.

Over a span of more than a year, Olver engaged in disturbing behavior by exposing himself to the same young girl on three separate occasions.

His pattern of offending involved him driving his vehicle close to the girl’s location, where he would perform indecent acts in a manner that was clearly intended to be seen.

The court heard the details of Olver’s actions and subsequently sentenced him to eight months in prison.

However, the sentence was suspended for two years, meaning he will not serve time unless he commits another offense within that period.
