Offender John Forsyth has been detained once more after being caught by decoys speaking sexually and making arrangements to meet a minor aged 12 or 13. Forsyth has denied the allegations and remains in custody while awaiting his court appearance.
This marks his second arrest; the first occurred in Glenrothes during 2019/2020, when he was charged and subsequently bailed. He is now under arrest again and will face the court on similar charges.
