In a case that has garnered significant attention, John Carter, a resident of Bolton Road in Aspull, appeared before Bolton Crown Court to face serious allegations related to sexual misconduct involving teenage boys. The 38-year-old man has been formally charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse, including two separate incidents involving a 14-year-old boy, one incident involving a 13-year-old boy, and an additional case of sexual touching of a 14-year-old boy in Lanzarote.
