Jerome Gay, aged 18, was found guilty of recording the incident that took place at an Army Cadet Centre in 2012, when another cadet assaulted a 12-year-old boy.

Additionally, Gay has been added to the sex offenders’ register for a period of two years but has avoided imprisonment.
