In August 2010, a former educator named Jeff Morrell was sentenced to a total of three and a half years in prison after being convicted of sexually abusing two teenage boys. Morrell, aged 65 and residing on Peveril Drive in Teddington, was found guilty of 12 separate counts of sexual assault involving the two victims, who were aged 14 and 15 at the time of the offenses.
