A man from Liverpool has been formally charged with multiple domestic-related crimes.
On September 10, officers responded to reports that a man was threatening his partner at a residence in Kirkby.
Following his arrest, the individual made racist remarks directed at a police officer.
James Mansfield, aged 36 and residing on Peasefield Road in Knotty Ash, was initially released on bail.
However, on February 4, he was arrested once more after police received information that he had visited a property in Huyton and that a domestic incident took place.
Mansfield faces 13 charges, including threatening with an offensive weapon in a private setting, two counts of criminal damage, witness intimidation, violation of a Non-Molestation Order, Section 39 assault, Section 47 assault, harassment without physical violence, two additional counts of criminal damage, threats to kill, racially motivated public order offenses, and theft.
He is currently remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Merseyside Domestic Violence Remand Court on Friday, February 6.
