MAN CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTING TO HAVE ‘SEXUAL COMMUNICATION’ WITH A CHILD
A Craigavon man accused of attempting to have a ‘sexual communication’ with a child has had his case adjourned.James Lyons (40), of Moyraverty Gardens, is charged in relation to June 3 – June 5 this year.
He is also charged with possessing cocaine on August 28 this year.
The defendant was allegedly in contact with an ‘undercover’ police officer.
The case was adjourned to October 24 after the court was told that the full case file has been received from police.
The defendant was further remanded in custody.
