DELIVERY DRIVER DENIES INDECENT ACT IN VAN NEAR NEWTOWN

A delivery driver has denied committing indecent acts inside his van in a village near Newtown.

Jacob Robert Daniel Bush, 28, pleaded not guilty to an act of outraging public decency when he appeared in the dock at Welshpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (November 25).

Prosecutor Helen Tench said the incident happened in Bwlch-y-Ffridd, near Tregynon on July 19.

Bush, of Leegomery, near Telford, will stand trial at the same court on February 2, 2026.

He was ordered by the magistrates not to enter Bwlch-y-Ffridd nor contact the prosecution witnesses.
