FORMER PCSO HARASSED WOMAN AFTER TAXI VISIT

A FORMER PCSO harassed her ex-wife and her new partner after turning up to their house drunk in a taxi, a court heard.

Jackie Rafferty, 61, later bombarded her ex-wife with over 40 messages and became ‘abusive’ and ‘unpleasant’, after the couple attempted to help her.

Outlining the case, Pamela Fee, prosecuting, said the two victims had bumped into Rafferty at the Spar garage in Hensingham.

Rafferty ‘gave them a dirty look’, the court was told.
