HARRY MCGREGOR OF REDDING SENTENCED FOR CHILD INDECENCY IMAGES AT FALKIRK SHERIFF COURT

In September 2017, Harry McGregor, 24, of Pearlbank, Redding, was sentenced to a 12-month supervised community payback order after pleading guilty to possessing indecent photographs of children and showing them to others.

Falkirk Sheriff Court was told last Thursday that the offences took place between June and November of the previous year.

The court heard that the offensive material had been sent to McGregor via WhatsApp.
