In the early hours of Saturday morning, a serious incident unfolded on Southern Way in Harlow, Essex, drawing the immediate attention of local law enforcement. At approximately 4:25 am, Essex Police officers responded to reports of a disturbance at a residential address, where they encountered a man exhibiting aggressive behavior. The individual, later identified as Harry Clow, was quickly detained by officers on suspicion of causing criminal damage to property.

As the investigation progressed at the scene, authorities uncovered evidence that led them to arrest Clow on additional serious charges, including allegations of rape. The suspect was taken into custody and subsequently faced a series of charges that reflect the gravity of the incident. Harry Clow, aged 24 and residing at Bobbingworth Mill in Ongar, has been remanded in custody following his arrest. He is scheduled to appear before Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, for a preliminary hearing to address the charges brought against him.
