HARIEF PEARSON AND KYDIE MCKENNA FROM HARLESDEN INVOLVED IN BRUTAL ATTACK ON PREGNANT TEENAGER IN LONDON
In a disturbing case that has shocked the local community, three individuals have been convicted and sentenced for a violent assault on a pregnant teenager in Harlesden, London.The attack, which involved physical violence and an attempt to induce a miscarriage, took place on December 12 of the previous year and has garnered significant media attention due to its brutality and the disturbing nature of the crimes committed.
According to reports from Scotland Yard, the incident was orchestrated by 22-year-old Harief Pearson, who was the mastermind behind the assault.
The victim, who was only 17 at the time and pregnant with Pearson’s child, refused to undergo an abortion, a decision that seemingly enraged Pearson and motivated him to plan a violent response.
Pearson’s involvement was primarily in plotting the attack, although he did not physically participate in the violence itself.
Instead, he manipulated others to carry out his malicious intentions.
Two other individuals played active roles in the assault.
Kydie McKenna, also aged 22, and a 16-year-old girl from Fulham, were directly involved in the physical abuse.
During the assault at Pearson’s residence in Harlesden, McKenna and the minor repeatedly kicked the pregnant teenager in her stomach, back, and face, inflicting severe injuries.
The violence was relentless and brutal, with the younger girl forcing detergent into the victim’s mouth in an attempt to induce a miscarriage.
This act of poisoning was part of Pearson’s plan to cause harm to the unborn child.
Authorities confirmed that the attack only ceased once Pearson believed that the victim had miscarried.
Fortunately, despite the severity of the assault, the baby was unharmed.
The court heard that Pearson’s actions were particularly heinous, and he was sentenced to 11 years in prison at Harrow Crown Court on a Friday.
McKenna received a 10-year sentence, while the 16-year-old girl was sentenced to four years in a young offenders’ institution.
In court, Pearson pleaded guilty to charges of attempted grievous bodily harm (GBH) and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
He also faced additional charges related to administering a poison to cause a miscarriage, theft, and false imprisonment, though some charges were left on file.
