DUNFERMLINE MAN SHOUTED, SWORE AND DEMANDED SHE LEAVE
A DUNFERMLINE man has been ordered to do unpaid work for assaulting his former partner.
Graeme Brown, 50, of Husband Place, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 15th October, at his home, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively towards his then partner and demanded that she leave the premises.
He also assaulted her by pushing her, causing her to fall to the floor.
On 27th October he breached undertaking conditions when he was in the company of his partner at his home.
Sheriff Craig McSherry imposed a community payback order with 120 hours of unpaid work and a two-year non-harassment order.
