In a case that has shocked the local community of Capel Llanilltern and the wider Cardiff area, Godfrey Reeves, a 64-year-old former builder and opencast driver, was sentenced to a lengthy prison term of 18 years for a series of heinous sexual offenses spanning over three decades.
