Ellesmere Port Child Sexual Abuser
A man aged 45, Giedrius Arcisauscas, has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term after being convicted of serious sexual offenses involving a young girl. The incident took place in Ellesmere Port, where Arcisauscas resides on Downing Close.

His trial at Chester Crown Court spanned four days, culminating in a verdict on 25 April. The court found him guilty of multiple charges, including the sexual assault of a girl under the age of 13, sexual assault by penetration of a girl under 13, and three counts of creating indecent images or pseudo-images of a child. These charges highlight the severity of his crimes and the breach of trust involved.

Following his conviction, Arcisauscas was remanded into custody and scheduled to appear again at Chester Crown Court on 12 June for sentencing. The judge subsequently handed down a sentence of 13 years in prison, with an additional year to be served on licence, reflecting the gravity of his offenses.

In addition to his prison sentence, the court imposed an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order, which aims to restrict his activities and protect the public from potential harm. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender for life, a measure that ensures ongoing monitoring and public awareness of his status.

The court proceedings revealed disturbing details about the incident that led to his arrest. On 27 February, a mother and her young daughter attended a social gathering at Arcisauscas’s residence. During the event, Arcisauscas was upstairs in a bedroom with three children. At some point, two of the children left the room, leaving him alone with the four-year-old girl.

It was during this time that the mother heard her daughter scream. Concerned, she rushed to her aid and was told by her daughter that something had happened. The mother found Arcisauscas in the bedroom and immediately slapped him before leaving the scene to seek help.

Following the incident, the police were contacted. Officers seized Arcisauscas’s mobile phone, which was later found to contain six indecent images of children. This discovery led to his re-arrest and further investigation into his activities.

Authorities confirmed that Arcisauscas was taken into custody again in connection with the indecent images found on his device. The case underscores the ongoing threat posed by individuals who commit such heinous acts and the importance of vigilant law enforcement efforts to protect vulnerable victims.
