MAN CHARGED WITH FOUR COUNTS OF STALKING WOMEN

A man from Bungay has been charged with four separate offences of stalking following a police investigation.

Gary Summers, 56 years old and living on Kings Road, was arrested on October 9 last year and questioned at the Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre.

He faces four charges: two for stalking that caused serious alarm or distress, and two for racially or religiously motivated stalking, also involving serious alarm or distress.

The alleged incidents took place from January 1, 2024, to October 2, 2025, and involved two women who live outside the county.

Summers has been released on bail and is expected to appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates’ Court on July 29.
