GARRY SUTHERLAND FROM HARCOMBE CHARGED WITH CRUELTY IN CHIDEOCK, DORSET

Garry Sutherland, a resident of Harcombe near Sidmouth in East Devon, was convicted of causing unnecessary suffering to a dog in a case that drew significant attention. The incident occurred on July 24, 2022, in the small Dorset village of Chideock, where Sutherland was involved in an altercation with a dog that resulted in him kicking the animal.

Following a trial, Sutherland was found guilty of cruelty to the unnamed dog.
