A man from Rothienorman has been officially registered as a sex offender after he pleaded guilty to multiple indecent assault charges involving a teenage girl and two adult women.Derek Stewart, aged 51, carried out his disturbing acts across various locations in Aberdeenshire, including Inverurie, Meikle Wartle, and the Drum Inn Garage, over a period of approximately eight months.
Stewart’s offending behavior was characterized by a series of inappropriate and unacceptable actions.
These included making sexual comments towards his victims, engaging in unwelcome touching, and committing repeated acts of public indecency.
