Neighbors and witnesses reported hearing Pawluk shouting at Margaret inside their residence, accusing her of lying, and disturbing sounds that indicated an imminent threat to her life.
Pawluk later turned himself into Rochdale Police Station, where he admitted to the stabbing.
His wife died from multiple stab wounds to her neck.
