HUDDERSFIELD MAN PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO EXPOSING HIMSELF TWICE IN ONE DAY

A Huddersfield man has pleaded not guilty to exposing himself twice on the same day.

Darren Kirk, 46, appeared before Kirklees Magistrates' Court on Friday morning where he faced two charges of exposure, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act.

The alleged offences are said to have taken place on September 28 last year.

Kirk, of Bradley Road, Bradley, entered not guilty pleas.

One of the complainants was a woman driver who was on Bradley Road.

The court was told that she saw the defendant in the doorway of a house with his penis exposed.

Kirk is due to face a trial on the charges at the magistrates court on October 2.

The magistrates adjourned the hearing for the cases to be prepared for that date.
