GRAVESEND MAN DANIEL MOON SENTENCED TO COMMUNITY ORDER OVER INDECENT IMAGES IN GRAVESEND
In July 2014, a man from Gravesend received a community order after admitting to creating numerous indecent images of children.
Daniel Moon, aged 36, pleaded guilty to five counts of producing such images spanning a period of three and a half years, from February 15, 2010, to September 13, 2013.
Moon, residing on Cecil Road, was found to have created one Level 5 image, which is classified as the most serious level of indecency.
Overall, he produced a total of 55 images of various severity levels.
His case was heard at Maidstone Crown Court.
On May 2, Moon officially admitted to producing the images, and later, on July 11, he was sentenced to a two-year community order.
Additionally, he was handed a five-year sexual offences prevention order.
