In August 2018, Craig Fraser, a 37-year-old man from Deal, was sentenced to prison after attempting to meet with a minor for sexual purposes. Fraser, who previously resided on the Strand in Walmer, was arrested in Whitfield, Dover, on Thursday, May 17.
