A 40-year-old Aviemore man has been banned from contacting his former partner for two years after he admitted assaulting her twice, once when she was pregnant.
Craig Brown of Sluggan Drive pleaded guilty at Inverness Sheriff Court to two counts of assaulting his ex-partner, including an incident during her pregnancy.
Additionally, Brown pleaded guilty to acting in a threatening or abusive manner and damaging property, including a TV set, at two houses in Portree.
The offences occurred between September 22, 2017, and April 30, 2020.
Sheriff Eilidh Macdonald ordered Brown to participate in a programme for male domestic abusers and remain under social work supervision for two years.
Furthermore, a conduct requirement was imposed, mandating Brown to disclose the names of any partners he has to his supervising officer.
