MEDOMSLEY DETENTION CENTRE OFFICER CHRISTOPHER ONSLOW JAILED FOR ABUSE
During the trial, Christopher Onslow, aged 73, was sentenced to eight and a half years in prison after being found guilty of assault and wounding with intent, as well as assault occasioning actual bodily harm.He served as a physical training officer at Medomsley detention centre, where hundreds of men reported suffering sexual and physical abuse during the 1970s and 1980s.
