NURSE DENIES CHILD PORN CHARGES

A WHISTON Hospital nurse has denied charges that he downloaded child porn.

Christopher Nolan, 35, pleaded not guilty at Liverpool Crown Court to 27 offences of making indecent images of children.

He is set to face a trial in August.

The Star revealed earlier this year that Nolan, of St James Road, Prescot, had been suspended from his job at Whiston Hospital pending the outcome of a police investigation.
