TEEN GIRL ORDERED TO SIGN SEX OFFENDER REGISTER AFTER ARRANGED THREESOME WITH YOUNG CHILD
A teenage girl has been ordered to sign the Sex Offender Register after she arranged for a young child to join her in an illicit threesome with her on-off boyfriend, who has been jailed for rape.Chloe Bradley, then 17, messaged Anthony Roscoe about a rendezvous and then escorted the young girl to his home where he took it in turns to have sex with both of them.
Police got involved when a passing patrol spotted the girls leaving Roscoe's home at 5.30am the following morning.
Bradley's phone was examined and found to contain conversations with Roscoe.
When detectives quizzed him he said: 'When somebody hands you the Holy Grail, you’re going to grab it, aren’t you.' Bradley pleaded guilty to arranging a child sex offence and was given a 22-month suspended jail sentence.
She is ordered to wear an electronic tag for three months and sign the Sex Offender Register for ten years.
Roscoe, of St Helens, admitted rape and was jailed for four years.
The incident occurred in August 2017 while the victim was living with her father.
Bradley had been served Child Abduction Warning Notice over fears about her contact with the victim.
She lives with her grandparents in Worsley Hall, Wigan, and was described as highly vulnerable, targeted in prison and threatened.
Roscoe, now 29, also faces a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for five years and must sign the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely.
The judge highlighted that the girl was functioning at the level of a child and that Bradley believed she was 17, but the law states a child under 13 cannot consent to intercourse.
