Sayle was seen again on Central Avenue, calling two young girls aged eight over before exposing himself to them.
He was eventually apprehended five months later after being spotted performing an indecent act while parked opposite a children's play area in Kearsley.
The court was told that Sayle had prior convictions for indecent exposure, indecent assault, and gross indecency.
Judge Martin Steiger QC sentenced him, stating: "You are a potential risk to the public."
