GREENOCK SHERIFF COURT HEARS OF SEX OFFENDER'S FAILURE TO NOTIFY POLICE OVER BANK ISSUE
A CONVICTED sex offender has been charged with failing to notify police that he'd been issued with a bank under a name that was not his.Brian Davey, 30, is said to have committed the alleged offence under sex offender registration law at an address in Kilmacolm in February 2020.
Davey, who now has an address on Merseyside, has had the case against him continued without plea at Greenock Sheriff Court.
