SOMERSET STALKER PLAGUED VICTIM WITH PHONE CALLS AND THREATS
A stalker plagued his victim with phone calls and threats to visit her house, court heard.
Brandon Allen, 24, would call his victim up to 10 times without her answering and threaten to come to her house if she did not pick up.
He had previously been in a romantic relationship with her, which she ended after about four months due to his jealousy.
In October 2024, Allen appeared at her house with her daughter present, trying to get close and making her feel intimidated, scared, and anxious.
He later continued to call her repeatedly and threatened to visit her again, including banging on her door late at night after she blocked him on social media.
He also asked her new partner if she was seeing him.
Allen was sentenced to an 18-month community order, 80 hours of unpaid work, nine months of mental health treatment, and the victim was granted a restraining order.
