MINSTER PERVERT WHO THOUGHT HE SENT EXPLICIT PHOTOS OF HIMSELF TO TEENAGE GIRL OVER SNAPCHAT JAILED IN POLICE STING OPERATION
A pervert named Bradley Finch, residing in Minster on Sheppey, thought he was communicating with a 13-year-old girl called "Lucy" on Snapchat when in fact he was speaking to an undercover police officer.During their chat, he sent explicit images of himself, including pictures of his penis, and discussed having sex with her.
Finch arranged to meet "Lucy" for sexual activity, and when officers arrested him on November 1, they found condoms with him.
He had also searched for child abuse images and possessed an indecent photograph of a child as well as an extreme pornographic image.
Finch admitted to attempting to meet a child for sex and engaging in sexual communication with a minor.
He pleaded guilty at Medway Magistrates' Court to trying to arrange a child sex offence, attempted sexual communication with a child, making an indecent photograph of a child, and possessing an extreme pornographic image.
The case has been sent to Maidstone Crown Court for sentencing, and Finch is subject to notification requirements, including registering his mobile phone number with the police.
The court ordered a pre-sentencing report and scheduled sentencing at the crown court.
