ASHLEY MURPHY FROM WIBSEY ADMITS TO RAPING A CHILD IN BRADFORD

In February 2015, a 22-year-old man from Wibsey, named Ashley Murphy, pleaded guilty to charges of raping a girl under the age of 13.

Murphy, whose address is listed as Chapel Fold, Wibsey, Bradford, appeared via video link at Bradford Crown Court.

During his hearing, he admitted to raping the girl in November of the previous year.

However, Murphy's plea was entered on a basis that the prosecution did not accept.

Following the hearing, he was remanded in custody and will appear again at the next court session scheduled for April 29.
