Daly explained that despite being only 18, Collicutt was a dangerous individual who targeted young girls, befriending them and resorting to force if seduction failed. He further revealed that Collicutt used social media platforms like Facebook and text messaging to contact and manipulate his victims, with evidence of his crimes recorded through these channels.
