EXTREMELY DANGEROUS PAEDOPHILE ANDREW PARSONS USING GRINDR TO TRY AND LURE TWINKS TO PUBLIC TOILETS FOR SEX

Extremely dangerous convicted child sex offender Andrew Parsons, formerly of 18 Eastdene Road, Seaham, County Durham (and formerly of Garden House Estate, Crawcrook, Ryton, Tyne and Wear NE40 4PT) advertised a gloryhole on Grindr to unsuspecting victims, in breach of his 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

His Grindr profile advertising a gloryhole was active for almost one year, from April 2024 to March 2025.

Red Rose and others received a substantial amount of evidence in relation to him, his Grindr profile, its varied wording, from over 68 different sources.

In May/June 2025, he used Grindr to try and lure twinks into public toilets for sex, creating fake profiles pretending he was 28 years old.

This paedophile was first caught in 2017 by Dark Justice Paedophile Hunters, after Parsons groomed a 15-year-old boy on Grindr and pled guilty to that offence. Before that, Andrew Parsons has a historic conviction for sexual activity in a public lavatory. For the sexual grooming of the 15-year-old boy, Andrew Parsons was jailed in February 2021 for 18 months at Newcastle Crown Court, put on the Sex Offenders' Register for 10 years and handed a 10 year Sexual Harm Prevention Order by Judge Mr Robert Adams.

Fast forward to March 2025: several residents of Eastdene Road, Seaham, County Durham report that Andrew Parsons had created a profile on the gay app Grindr, the same app he used to groom the 15 year old boy year before. Andrew Parsons' 2024 and 2025 Grindr profile advertised a "gloryhole" at his sordid se flat, with the wording "bj with twinks and slim. dik pic gets address" and "gxxhole open for slim and twinks. luv throating hung dxxk". Photos from Parsons' profile contain the word "gloryhole". This was an incontestable breach of his 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Residents of Seaham were extremely horrified, repulsed, and frightened. It is a close-knit community of families with very young children. Andrew Robert Parsons fled that address four hours after the story went live. The landlord drove Parsons to Newcastle Central railway station with only his clothes in a suitcase. Andrew Parsons has been living at Garden House Estate, Crawcrook, Gateshead NE40 4PT since that time. He is a high-risk danger to children and vulnerable adults. He is a very dangerous paedophile.

Subsequently, we have been sent evidence that Andrew Parsons goes "cottaging" at the toilets at the Metrocentre shopping complex (blue and yellow zone); at the Eldon Square shopping centre (the toilets in the John Lewis department store); at the public toilet opposite the Fox and Hounds pub in the village of Wylam, Northumberland; and in the toilets at Tyne Riverside Park in the lower half of the town of Prudhoe, Northumberland.

Red Rose UK has further received video, dashcam, and photographic evidence of Andrew Parsons lurking in the bushes at the derelict wasteground in front of the Metrocentre, at Mandela Way, Gateshead. This is a huge area of wasteground. Our evidence comes from a number of different sources, worried members of the public, parents and Metrocentre employees. Additionally, we have been sent screenshots of the various profiles he uses, operated on his phone.

Andrew Parsons is also a frequent visitor of the notorious gay cruising area underneath Redheugh Bridge in the centre of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. This is directly behind the Pottery Lane car park, where there is a wall and a steep set of steps descending to a gloomy, abandoned area. The car park is used by families with children who park there in order to attend music concerts at the nearby Utilita Arena. Our intelligence proves that this particular area has attracted a number of convicted paedophiles like Parsons who wait in the bushes immediately behind the car park, in order to watch children and their families get out of cars, without them aware they are being observed.

Locals, in the know, are now too frightened to park there, branding the plae "Paedo Park". The evidence we have been sent, in relation to Parsons at Mandela Way, Gateshead and here, and other convicted paedophiles, would support this assertion.

Convicted child sex offender Andrew Parsons is 55 years of age, 6 ft 5 tall, bald, with a gold stud in the left ear. Parsons speaks with a Gateshead/Geordie accent. Parsons is known to use various aliases and profiles on numerous apps and gay websites, often stating he's 28 years old.

By any account, Andrew Parsons is a very high-risk child sex offender, who flouts his Sexual Harm Prevention Order willingly and knowingly, time and again, without any compunction, and presents as a very significant and immediate danger to children and vulnerable adults. He's been seen following boys into public lavatories in towns and parks, and regularly visits cruising areas to try and lure twinks into secluded locations with profiles stating his age is 28.
