EXTREMELY DANGEROUS PAEDOPHILE ANDREW PARSONS USING GRINDR TO TRY AND LURE BOYS TO PUBLIC TOILETS FOR SEX
Extremely dangerous convicted child sex offender Andrew Parsons has a long history of predatory behaviour towards male children.Parsons frequently follows little boys into public toilets in parks and shopping centres, he drills holes in the cubicle wall, and he sets up fake profiles on Grindr and other apps, pretending to be 28 years old, to lure “twinks” to isolated locations.
The 6ft 5” tall, bald-headed paedo came to national attention in March 2025 when he was living at 18 Eastdene Road, in Seaham, County Durham.
In breach of his 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, Parsons was advertising a gloryhole on Grindr, to lure unsuspecting victims to his one bedroom, sordid sex flat.
The profile read: "bj with twinks and slim….
dik pic gets address" and "gxxhole open for slim and twinks….
luv throating hung dxxk".
The word "gloryhole" was prominent on his profile.
In gay slang, a gloryhole is a hole in a wall, designed for sexual activity, without knowing who is on the other side.
His modus operandi is to hide his face behind the gloryhole so nobody knew that a very dangerous 56-year old paedo was hiding behind, pretending to be 28 years old.
When locals in Seaham found out on 14 March 2025, they were horrified and repulsed.
The flat was attacked, with every single window being smashed, thousands of pounds of damage, and Parsons was driven to Newcastle railway station by the landlord with just a suitcase of clothes.
He went to live with his mother at 104 Garden House Estate, Crawcrook, Gateshead NE40 4PT, where, the unrepentant paedophile was spotted time and again, by many different members of the public, going in and out of public toilets at the Tyne Riverside Park in Prudhoe, and the toilet block opposite the Fox and Hounds pub in Wylam.
Both toilets overlook childrens’ play areas.
This predatory paedophile was caught in 2017 by Dark Justice Paedophile Hunters, after Parsons sexually groomed a 15-year-old boy on Grindr and pled guilty to that offence.
The chat logs are utterly stomach-churning.
In February 2021, for the paedophile sting carried out by Dark Justice, Parsons was caged at HMP Durham and HMP Northumberland for 18 months and handed a 10 Year Sexual Harm Prevention Order by Judge Mr Robert Adams at Newcastle Crown Court.
The Court was told the paedo had a historic conviction for sexual activity in a public lavatory.
The details of this are equally sickening: Parsons exposed his penis to a 15 year old boy many years before and was shockingly never put on the Sex Offenders' Register at the time of that earlier conviction.
In Crawcrook, many years ago, he also tried to climb into the window of an underage boy who he had followed home from a youth club, after dark.
Subsequently, from 2022 onwards, we and other hunting teams have evidence that Andrew Parsons used to go "cottaging" at the toilets at the Metrocentre shopping complex (Blue and Yellow zone) and at the Eldon Square shopping centre (the toilets in the John Lewis department store) right up until March 2025.
Ironically, he was first arrested in the very same toilets in Eldon Square many years ago.

Red Rose UK has further received covert video, dashcam, and photographic evidence of Andrew Parsons masturbating in the bushes at the derelict waste-ground in front of the Metrocentre shopping complex, at Mandela Way, Gateshead, a secluded area which overlooks the street, and where schoolboys are seen in the footage, walking past on the street on their way home, and at another location at the rear of the complex.
Our evidence comes from a number of different sources, many worried members of the public, many parents, the Newcastle/Gateshead gay community, and Metrocentre employees, following our own investigations and surveillance.
Additionally, we have been sent screenshots of the various profiles he uses, operated on his phone.
Andrew Parsons was a frequent visitor to the notorious gay cruising area underneath Redheugh Bridge in the centre of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
This is directly behind the Pottery Lane car park, where there is a wall and a steep set of steps descending to a gloomy, abandoned area.
Andrew Parsons would, on several days of the week over a long period of time between his release from prison and September 2023, leave his mother's bungalow in Crawcrook, take the bus to the Metrocentre, wander around in the bushes at Mandela Way exposing himself to very young boys walking by on the street.
Then Parsons would go cottaging at the toilets in the Metrocentre, afterwards, he would walk round the back of the complex and expose his genitals in bushes at a remote spot there.
Parsons would walk back to the Metrocentre bus station, take the bus into Newcastle city centre, walk down to the Pottery Lane car park and expose himself there, and then walk 20 minutes to the Eldon Square shopping centre, where he would go from toilet to toilet, going in after little boys and teenagers, before taking the bus home.
Our investigation came about from receiving definitive and substantive evidence from witnesses, over a long period of time.
The Pottery Lane car park is used by families with children who park there in order to attend music concerts at the nearby Utilita Arena.
It is a convenient parking spot in the centre of Newcastle-upon-Tyne but the southern end has been neglected for many years and has become overgrown and wild.
This particular area has attracted a number of convicted paedophiles like Parsons who wait in the bushes immediately behind the car park, mostly at dusk or after dark, in order to watch children and their families get out of cars, without them being aware they are being observed.
Locals claims they are now too frightened to park there, branding the place "Paedo Park".
Convicted child sex offender Andrew Parsons, born September 1969, in the village of Greenside, Gateshead, is now 56 years of age and claiming Universal Credit.
The paedophile is very physically distinctive, being 6 ft 5" tall, bald, with a gold stud in the left ear and speaks with a Gateshead/Geordie accent.
He often wears blue tracksuits or black/grey Northface jackets, and his signature gold chain.
Parsons is known to use various aliases and profiles on numerous apps and gay websites, often stating he's 28 years old to try, and entice a child or twink to an isolated location where he can overpower them and sexually assault them.
As of October 2025, Parsons no longer lives at Crawcrook or Seaham.

We received evidence from people who knew Parsons in the 1990s and described his predatory sexual behaviour and sexual assaults on very young males on the Rochdale canal, in Manchester, and also, in public toilets in Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
He would often create a gloryhole, using a shower curtain draped over a doorway, at his address in Garrick Grove, Layton, Blackpool, where he once lived and used multiple fake profiles to lure twinks and underage boys to the property.
At that property, he lived with a paedophile, who assisted him and also committed sexual offences against minors with Parsons.
Andrew Parsons is an extremely dangerous, high-risk, child sex offender, and always will be.
Parsons is a deeply-narcissistic, remorseless, sexual psychopath.
Evidence and detailed investigations prove he goes cottaging and cruising almost every other day, visiting parks, usually isolated toilets, urban green spaces, and laybys.
His obsessive, predatory sexual behaviour is serious, unchangeable, it is diverse in nature, involves violence when his needs are not met, it is high-density, stranger-directed, random, both planned and opportunistic, it is impulsive and sadistic, making him extremely dangerous, as well as an immediate danger, to the children and vulnerable adults he pursues for his own sexual gratification.
Parsons has shared accommodation with other convicted paedophiles, and is known to spend his days in the company of other paedophiles.
Our research into the emotional bonding and joint enterprise that is formed when two or more paedophiles live together amplifies his level of dangerousness two-fold.
Evidence and witness accounts from victims shows Parsons is capable of frightening sexual violence when his needs are not met.
The paedophile deliberately breaks his Sexual Harm Prevention Order time and again.
He is known to make completely malicious and fabricated reports to the police of those who have confronted him, including him going round and taking photos of vehicle registrations and submitting false allegations to the police.
Upon his release from prison in 2022, he sent emails to various organisations trying to get articles about his sex crimes against children deleted, citing "human rights".
When that failed, he went out and committed all the crimes listed above, at many different locations in Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and Seaham.
We have received intelligence that he uses two names, or has changed his name by Deed Poll, to Andrew Ferguson (Ferguson being his mother’s maiden name), or Andrew Simpson.
⚠️ 15.10.2025 This paedophile has been spotted in the old historic centre of Benidorm, Spain, on 7 October 2025.
Andrew Parsons was seen at the Casa Abierta takeaway restaurant located at Cuatro Cantones, 03501 Benidorm, Alicante, Spain.
He was wearing a cream T-shirt and light-coloured trousers and talking to the restaurant owner, an Asian female.
He remains a danger to any male child.
