According to court reports, the victim, a 15-year-old girl whose identity has been protected for legal reasons, was walking alone along Thorpe High Street when she encountered Parker.
She was heading in the direction of Landermere Road, passing by the car park of The Crown pub, when Parker suddenly emerged from the pub's entrance.
