RAPIST ADAM PENNY'S SENTENCE REDUCED ON APPEAL
A RAPIST who attacked a woman as she slept has had his sentenced reduced on appeal.Adam Penny, 22, from North Bradley, Trowbridge, had his sentence cut from five years to four at the Court of Appeal in London on Friday.
Penny was jailed after a five-day trial at Swindon Crown Court in September.
His 24-year-old victim was raped as she slept in an upstairs bedroom at a house party in Moyle Park, Paxcroft Mead, Hilperton, in 2004.
